Build Something That Actually Matters to Real People.
At HealthcareLive, the feature you ship in Q2 is the reason a worker gets seen by a physician at 2am on a Tuesday instead of going home injured and afraid. We’re looking for clinicians, engineers, operators, and builders who want to measure their work in lives improved, not just lines of code.

Our mission: Give every worker in America access to great care on every shift, in every language, at every location. We’re looking for people who want to help us get there.
Why HealthcareLive
Your Work Here Has a Direct Line to a Worker Getting Home Safe.
Every engineer, every clinical coordinator, every account executive, every data scientist on our team can point to a specific worker whose experience was different because of their work. That’s not a company value on a poster. It’s a measurable consequence of what we build.
We’re growing fast across clinical, technology, sales, and operations. We’re hiring people who are energized by that connection between their daily work and a real human outcome.
